注意了，Godaddy主机并非30天内全额退款！

上个月，Godaddy的Deluxe主机优惠40%的时候，我花了83.76美元，一次性买了2年Deluxe主机。后来发现Godaddy的主机经常抽风，在国内的访问速度也比较慢，所以就决定退款。主机是2011年2月11日买的，2011年2月24日提交ticket申请退款，大家知道Godaddy退款是很爽快的，25日就收到了退款，但是并不是83.76美元，而只有80.24美元。并不是大家都传说的30天全额退款。

我开始也以为30天内可以全额退款，所以就发邮件问Godaddy，为什么只退给我80.24美元而不是83.76美元，不是说30天全额退款吗？结果，Godaddy回复的邮件：

Because more than half of the month was used, you were not refunded for the entire amount. However, as a one time courtesy, we have refunded the remaining amount back to your payment method.

翻译过来就是：因为已经用了半个月（实际上还不到半个月），我们不会全额退款的。但是作为一次礼节（听着有点别扭，大概意思，你懂的），我们把剩余的钱退到了你的账户。

虽然通过这封邮件，Godaddy把剩余的dollar退给我了，但是显然，Godaddy主机并非30天全额退款。我查阅了Godaddy的Legal Agreements（http://www.godaddy.com/Legal-Agreements.aspx）,里面并没有提到说30天全额退款。我在Godaddy论坛里面找到了一个关于Godaddy主机退款的说明：

Our Support Team would be glad to issue a full refund on Hosting that is canceled within five days of purchase. If it’s beyond the five days, the refund will be prorated.

所以，挑主机在这里提醒大家，Godaddy主机并非是网上误传的30天全额退款，而是5天全额退款。当然，如果你在5天外30天内想退款，只要你好好跟Godaddy好好沟通，还是可以获得全额退款的。
